How are your juices made?
We use a cold-press process that minimizes heat exposure, ensuring that the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants remain intact.
How long do your juices remain fresh?
Our cold-pressed juices have a shelf life of 5 days. We recommend consuming them within that time frame for optimal flavor and nutrition.
Are your juices available for delivery?
Currently, our juices are available for pickup only. This helps us maintain the highest standards of freshness and quality.
How does the pickup process work?
Once you place an order, you will receive a notification when your juices are “ready for pickup.” You can then collect your order at one of our designated locations during the specified pickup window.
When will my order be ready for pickup?
Orders are typically ready within 24 hours of purchase. Please watch for the “Ready for Pickup” notification in your email.
How will I know when my juices are ready for pickup?
We’ll send you an email notification when your order is ready. Be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder) for our message.
Where are the pickup locations?
Pickup locations are determined by Simply Nurturing. Detailed instructions, including the designated locations, will be provided in your order confirmation email.
What do I need to bring for order pickup?
Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation email to verify your purchase at the pickup location.
What happens if I miss my pickup window?
If you miss your designated pickup time, please contact our customer support to discuss alternative arrangements. Orders are held for a limited time only.
Can I cancel or change my order after purchase?
Since our juices are freshly prepared and are perishable, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
What is your refund and return policy?
Due to health and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on our cold-pressed juices. If you have concerns, please contact us immediately.
